I drive out of my way to go to this location. As someone who has to ship for my small business, the items are always scanned in day/of even if I do the after hours drop off. It’s clean and I appreciate the work the employees are doing, especially during the pandemic because the demand is great and these people are surely overworked. Thank you!!

This post office is terrible. We are supposed to have a business pickup every day between 4pm and 5pm and they pick and choose what time they want to come and today they didn't even show up at all. This is now the fourth time this year they have not showed up at all. Now our eBay store is going to tank and all they have to say about it is, "sorry you aren't our only customer, we will get there when we get there." Most of the time they don't even answer the phone at all. This is the exact reason why the USPS loses billions every year. We will be switching to FedEx and UPS only very soon.

I dont get the negative reviews. Maybe a bunch of politicians trying to continue to make any post office look bad. Ive lived her 20 years. The staff is always friendly, effiecient & knowledgable. Im sure whatever problems that occur do not happen on purpose. Great job usps 48316.

Unfortunately all the negative reviews are true, staff not interested in helping you even after waiting at 25” in line. Can see why USPS isn’t doing well, have to raise price of stamps to survive. Won’t be back.

Very frustrated with the Shelby Township, MI Post Office . For the past 18 months the area between 21 & 22 Mile / Schoenherr and Hayes Road has been stuck with poor mail delivery. Our regular mail lady retired and her replacement hasn’t been able to finish the route. Since we are at the end of the route we only get mail delivery about 75% of the time and usually by a different mail carrier working overtime to finish a coworkers route. Mail holds are usually ignored (thank goodness for reliable neighbors) and when the mail is held correctly they forget to deliver it. Complaints to the supervisor are also ineffective. Our understanding is that the Sterling Heights Post Office is the next level of management to complain to. Still waiting for our mail hold that ended last week to be delivered. They can’t find it at the Shelby Township Post Office.
